DENTAL INSURANCE INFORMATION |

Once we have completed your dental
treatment, at the end of the appointment, you will be presented will a list
of services rendered, and payment will be due.
We accept payment via cash, debit card, VISA or MasterCard. On your behalf
we will electronically submit a dental claim form to your insurance company.
If your insurance provider does not accept electronic claims, we will assist
you in filling out the appropriate paper claims form.
You can get information regarding you dental insurance coverage from your
dental insurance provider. For your convenience we have listed the most
common insurance providers along with their website addresses. You can log
onto those sites to learn about your particular insurance coverage.

We will only recommend treatments that are necessary for you continued
dental care. Please be aware that dental insurance coverage helps you to
cover your dental needs. It does not DICTATE your dental needs. Only your
dentist can diagnose dental problems and only he or she can recommend care
based upon those needs.
Dental insurance has not kept up with modern progressive dentistry in terms
of costs or services offered. As a result, your insurance provider may not
always cover modern treatments that are recommended by your dentist.
