Do you accept new patients? |

Yes, we are currently accepting new patients.

Yes, at Centrum Dental Center we accept
emergencies during our hours of operation. After hours, you can call us and
our answering machine will provide you with a number to call in case of a
dental emergency.

Do you treat dental phobic

Yes we do. Our relaxed atmosphere
and thorough explanations put most patients at ease. For some patients, we
will use an anti anxiety pill prior to dental appointments to help them
relax further.

Do you have evening or weekend
appointments? |

Yes, we have evening appointments on
Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursday.
We are also open some Saturdays.

competent in French.

How do you determine your fees? |

At Centrum Dental Center, we follow
the Ontario Dental Association’s ODA Suggested Fee Guide for General
Practitioners.

What forms of payments do you
accept? |

For you convenience we accept: cash,
debit cards, VISA and MasterCard.

Do you accept dental insurance? |
|

Yes we accept most types of dental
insurance. Payment is due when treatment is rendered, and we will submit
dental claims to your insurance company electronically, and you will receive
a check from you insurance company within a few days for the amount covered.

What is your rescheduling and
cancellation policy? |

In order to keep our provision of
services top notch, we ask that you call us at least 48 hours in advance for
changes of appointments.
